As different leather has different tension, if too hard or too soft, can not be workable.

So the material quality control is the first important thing. We need to select and pick up the material at first place. Our engineer will go to market for 2-3times in one month, to make the sample per week, for testing the new leather;

Only the good leather can be made as the backcover; comparatively, it will be easier for test the leather if it is using for making wallet case, since the thickness requirement will be lowered to 1.0mm, or can keep the original leather thickness 1.6mm, that much easier to operate during the production
