Balanced Weave Mesh Belt with chain is made by fitting chains to both sides of ordinary wire conveyor belt. Belt and chain are synchronized through stays (cross supports).

 

Advantages

 

1. Because chain is driven by sprockets, meandering does not occur.
2. Various types of chain can be applied by adjusting belt pitch.
3. It is easy to attach side guard and product stopper in combination with chain and stay.、

 

 
Stay Pin Type

 

Step-cut round rod (stay pin) is fitted to chain at both sides, and thickness of spiral is adjusted so that round rod passes inside spiral.

 

 

Balanced Weave Mesh Belt's Attachment type:
1.Flat bar type
Chain with attachment is used. Flat bar is fitted to attachment at both sides. Flat bar is passed inside spiral (as with stay in pin type) or belt is put on flat bar. Spacer must be provided between attachment base and flat bar so that belt is positioned at same level as chain center.

 

 

2. Angle channel type to prevent deflection in case and flat
This type is used to prevent deflection in case chain c/c is wide and support rail can not be installed.
The same installation procedure as that applied to flat bar is applied.

 

 

3.Pipe type
Similar to angle type. With pipe type, however, it is necessary to crush pipe ends so as to fit to attachment. IF EP type chain is used, the same assembling procedure as stay pin type can be applied. In this case, weight is reduced and deflection in direction of width is suppressed.
